Chiropractic
Chiropractic focuses on restoring proper alignment and movement of joints, improving nervous system function, and promoting natural healing without drugs or surgeries, just your body doing what it was meant to do. Treatment typically involves manual therapy, spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapies, exercise, and nutrition to treat the body as a whole. The goal is to get to the cause of the issue and not just mask the symptom. Chiropractic care can help with back pain, neck pain, extremity pain, and headaches.

Acupuncture is a time-honored healing technique that involves the gentle insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body. This approach helps to balance the body’s energy and blood flow, promoting relaxation and supporting natural healing processes. Patients often find relief from stress, chronic pain, and a host of other conditions (headaches, post surgical pain and swelling, seasonal allergies, joint pain, stress incontinence) enhancing their overall well-being. At Dynamic Chiropractic Prof LLC, we’re here to guide you through a holistic journey towards feeling your best, naturally and comfortably.

Decompression Therapy
Decompression (Traction or Mechanical Traction) is a non-surgical treatment that uses a specialized table to gently stretch the spine, relieving pressure on spinal discs and nerves. This stretching helps reduce pressure within the spinal discs, which can help to draw fluids and nutrients back into the discs, potentially rehydrating them and promoting healing. By decreasing pressure on the discs and surrounding tissues, decompression therapy can help alleviate pain and nerve compression, and also help retract bulging or herniated discs. Some conditions that it can help with are chronic back, neck, or leg pain, sciatica, herniated or bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, and pinched nerves.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping involves creating suction on the skin using a glass cup. It can be placed and left for several minutes in a specific spot, or it can be glided along the soft tissue area of complaint. This can usually cause bruise looking spots known as petechiae. It has been shown to promote blood flow, reduce pain, and can also help to loosen tight muscles and fascia, potentially reducing pain and improving range of motion. Cupping can help athletes with muscle recovery and injury rehabilitation.
KT tape
Kinesiology Tape (aka K-Tape) is a thin, elastic, and hypoallergenic tape used for therapeutic purposes. It is designed to support and lift the skin which creates space between the skin and underlying tissues to increase blood and lymph flow and decrease inflammation. K-tape can help support injured or weak muscles, improve stability and function, promote lymphatic drainage, improve circulation, and stabilize joints to prevent further injury. K-Tape is applied in specific patterns based on the condition being treated. It is typically cut into strips and applied to the skin with a slight stretch. The tape can be worn for several days or even weeks due to it being water proof and sweat proof. K-Tape can help with sports injuries, repetitive wear and tear conditions, or nerve pain.
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) devices send electrical pulses through the skin to the muscles, mimicking the signals from the brain that cause muscle contractions. The muscle contractions induced by EMS can promote blood flow to the muscles which can aid in soft tissue healing and recovery. This causes muscles to relax and help recover. EMS can also reduce pain by stimulating your bodies own natural pain responders, endorphins and enkephalins found in the brain and nervous system.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound therapy (therapeutic ultrasound) is a non-invasive treatment that uses sound waves to improve circulation, break up scar tissue, and promote tissue healing by speeding up the transport of blood to the affected area. A person can feel a little heat or slight vibration with the therapy. It can be done in combination with electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) for extra benefits! Common uses of ultrasound therapy include low back pain, neck pain, rotator cuff tears, meniscus tears, ankle sprains, tendonitis, and bursitis.
Hydrotherapy Table
The hydrotherapy table uses water, heat, and massage techniques to provide a therapeutic experience, often for muscle relaxation, pain relief, and improved circulation
